A charming, stone and pantile semi-detached barn conversion, situated in the small scattered village of Staintondale, between Whitby and Scarborough, in the North York Moors National Park.

Set amidst stunning countryside on the owners' smallholding, this lovely Staintondale cottage would appeal to anyone wanting peace and tranquillity, within close proximity of the popular east coast seaside resorts.

From this Staintondale cottage, there are excellent walking and cycling opportunities, with the 23 mile Cinder Track just down the road and a superb network of public footpaths, including the cliff-top Cleveland Way.

Be sure to take the five minute drive to Ravenscar, where you can walk down to see the resident seal colony at the foot of the cliffs - a superb sight all year round.

Enjoy the nearby quiet beach of Stoupe Brow, with fossils and rock pools, or take a fifteen minute walk from there to Robin Hood's Bay smugglers village, with its narrow steep streets and fishermen's cottages tumbling down towards the sea.

With such a wide range of activities in the local area, this Staintondale cottage is one not to be missed.
