The property

Ground Floor The front entrance leads to a useful reception hall with wooden floors; the sitting room has a lovely wood burning stove – ideal for cosy evenings in the cooler months!

There is a separate dining room which is a wonderful spot to enjoy family meals and boasts a superb original decorative range.

This leads to a stylish kitchen with quality, cream painted units, beech work tops, integrated dishwasher and fridge, electric oven and ceramic hob.

There is a washing machine and freezer in the pantry and a ground floor shower room, WC and hand wash basin is convenient after a day on the beach. First Floor To the first floor is a twin bedroom with stunning views across the valley, two lovely carved wooden beds, a TV with built-in DVD player and an original cast iron fireplace.

This floor also has the master bedroom, which has a lovely brass bed, TV, large clothes closet, another cast iron fireplace and again, stunning views across the valley.

There is a smart shower room with an extra-large walk-in shower (no step up), WC and hand wash basin. Second Floor To the second floor is another spacious double bedroom with TV and an original fireplace, armchair, and superb views across the valley. Outside With on-street parking directly opposite, this lovely cottage is accessed through a wooden gate, the front garden is paved, with flowers and shrubs – it’s a sun trap and lovely to sit and have a cup of tea in the morning, sun bathe or enjoy drinks in the evening.
