“We have been staying in holiday cottages for over 25 years now and this was by far the cleanest and most comfortable cottage that we have stayed in.”

Can't wait to come back and be able to get the benefit from the lovely garden, bus stop at the door, bar 2 minutes walk, beach 5 minutes walk. The house really is a credit to the owners and of course the cleaner!! Thanks for a great holiday

“The location is great, a short walk to the stunning Cayton Bay and easy access to Scarborough.”

“The bungalow was clean and comfortable.”

We stayed in this bungalow last year and were impressed enough to book again this year. It is handy for Scarborough as there is a bus stop directly outside. We were able to catch the bus into town and then go by train or bus to York, Whitby etc.

“We had the most wonderful week staying in Seaside Cottage.”

It is beautifully clean, comfortable and homely. The garden is fully enclosed, ideal for our dog to potter about in. It is a real sun trap too with gorgeous birdsong! The beds are comfortable and we had all the kitchen equipment that we needed for cooking. The location is fantastic as it’s only a short walk to the breathtaking beach and cliff walks. The welcome gifts were very thoughtful, thank you. We have already booked for next year and look forward to returning!

“First holiday in years to be really clean.”

The bed linen was fresh with several pillows to choose from and the towels clean and soft. There were tea towels spare rolls of paper in bathroom. The welcome pack was more than generous with fresh milk chocolate biscuits and teas and coffee. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge. The bungalow was beautifully decorated and so well maintained even the gardened was tidy and dog safe. Very much home from home. The property owners have much to be proud of.

“The bungalow was ina quiet location with a bus stop right outside.”

On entering the property we found it to be very clean and welcoming. It was very well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. The gardens were well maintained and the rear garden was nice and private to sit out in when the weather was nice. We would definitely recommend to other people and we may be back next year.

“Fantastic bungalow ,and everything you could want is there to make your stay just like being at home.”

It's so peaceful there and only a 2 minute walk to the pub. The bus stop is just outside the property thus making it so easy to get to Filey , Bridlington and Scarborough. Would stay here again and thank-you for the lovely welcome pack
