“Forst impressions when you walk in are great, and it didn't really disappoint, The lodge was nice and clean and with the added benefit of a Hot Tub.”

Everything that you could need in the lodge, just seemed to be a small number of everything. 4 cups and quite large mugs too, small amount of cutlery. The living area again is clean and spacious and well laid out. The beds are relatively comfy, plenty of storage space in the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and showers so never any queuing in the morning or last thing at night. No washing machine or none that we could see but other than that everything that you could need. Situated not too far out of ...

Situated not too far out of Whitby, the harbour maybe a 5 min drive, 40 minute walk. The site is clean and well maintained and lovely views although no real view from the lodge itself. The only downside for us that was when we stayed there was 50 to 60 mph winds and because of the vents, which don't appear to be able to be closed in the window, it doesn't half rattle through and you can feel the chill when sitting by the windows Overall though it was a very pleasant stay, clean and tidy, nice and quiet and that was all we wanted. A quiet breakaway for a few days were we could take our dog too and Juniper Lodge ticked all the boxes.
