“Wonderful cottage, very spacious and had everything we needed.”

It feels very homely and comfortable. The views are spectacular and the beach is one of the best UK beaches we’ve been on (so clean and a lovely walking beach). Weather perfect and great location for visiting local areas. Sitting out on the veranda looking at the stars was special. Wonderful holiday home.

“This is a beautiful property with stunning views & nice walks along the beach.”

The kitchen has everything you need for a party of eight. The seating in the living room is a little tight for 8 adults & a couple of arm chairs to look out over the sea would be a great addition. The outdoor seating areas are lovely with various spots to sit depending on the time of day. A BBQ area would have just made it perfect for us, so may be worth thinking about. We had my elderly father with us celebrating his 90th birthday a downstairs walk in shower would be a good addition & there are quite a few steps outside, it might be worth looking at some easy adaptions to make areas more accessible to all. Overall we had a lovely long weekend at this property and would definitely return

Beautifully decorated with a very good eye for detail. Very well maintained and equipped. And the view - just what we needed. We spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying that sea view. We loved it there and would certainly recommend it and would be happy to return

“What a fantastic place.”

We have had rentals country wide for over 40 years and never found such a perfect place. The property was so well equipped and decorated and the grounds and view just made it spectacular. The position is central to all of the east coast and Filey’s supermarkets etc are 10mins away. There is nothing that can be improved and we have already booked again.

“We had a long weekend here for a birthday celebration at the end is September.”

The walks on the beach either to Filey or in the opposite direction to the cafe at Reighton Gap were absolutely fabulous. One of the best beaches for walking, even on chillier days. The views from the house draw you outside and we enjoyed all of the many outside seating options which were sheltered from wind and very warm on colder but sunny days. A very cosy, warm and comfortable property with lots of bright, natural light and tremendous views of the sea and coastline which makes it ideal for all weathers. We will be back!!

“A great property.”

Everything is to a very high standard, beautifully decorated, very comfortable throughout, is well equipped with everything you could want and has fantastic views. The house is in a quiet location with access to the beach. We had a really relaxing week, would love to return. The directions are a bit misleading: As you go down the steep private lane at the first fork take the left fork ( not the Rt as stated) at the second fork take the Rt fork.

“Great location with wonderful views of Filey bay and cliffs.”

The accommodation was well fitted in all areas. The only slight issue we faced was the temperamental hot water system which suffers a bit if there are any storms but easy to resolve. The access to the house is as expected with a very steep access at the beginning again soon get used to that. We met with the owners on one morning who were most accommodating and happy to help . We would definitely return to this lovely location.

“We had a lovely long weekend at the property.”

It is beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook every type of meal. All the rooms are very spacious and there was plenty of room for all 7 in our party. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of seating outside to enjoy this. It was refreshing to have 3 parking spaces for the property as well.

“Fabulous spacious property down a quiet lane with parking outside the front gate.”

Gorgeous sea views which we are missing already. Great Beach for walks, Filey 25-30 minutes walk down the beach. Well equipped property, kitchen has everything you need, even an Air fryer and coffee pod machine. Really comfy beds, slept like logs, area so peaceful. Outside decking with plenty of furniture front and back of the property. WiFi great, no phone signal which didn't bother us, if needed we just walked a couple of minutes up to the Haven camp. Had a really relaxing holiday would recommend

“This holiday home is simply stunning.”

It has been so thoughtfully created to have everything you could possibly wish for, and everything is to a very high standard. The views are spectacular and the location is really quiet and peaceful. Falling asleep to the crashing of the waves and awaking to the most beautiful sunrises was just perfection. Three generations stayed here and we all absolutely loved it. We couldn't fault a single thing, and on one sunny day of the holiday we actually spent the full day at the house instead of going out on a trip as we loved being there that much! Thank you for sharing your amazing home, we were very sad to leave.

“This is a beautiful holiday cottage with fabulous views over Filey Bay.”

It is decorated to a high standard and the kitchen had every amenity we could wish for. The beds are very comfortable and each has a sea view to die for. The outside area is well stocked with table and chairs and enabled us to enjoy the sunshine all day. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. We highly recommend this holiday home - life doesn’t get much better than this.

“Wow, what a house!”

What a location! 3 generations visited for a long weekend and all agreed it was the nicest holiday home we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed all over the world)! The kids were upset to leave and asked each day, “can we live here forever?” The enclosed garden and deck with wraparound sea views were a treat, likewise the picture perfect views of the shoreline from the lounge meant you didn’t have to turn the TV on! Parking in a dedicated lay-by across from the front door. Access down a narrow private road (we did drive around for quite a while as the signs saying “no access” going down made us think there was no road there) Each bedroom had sea views and we’ll all miss listening to the sound of the ocean at bedtime. The North Sea wind was a little cold in May to enjoy the outdoor dining furniture but the house was immaculately furnished inside and out. A short walk to the beach, ideal for shell and rock hunting with the little ones. We didn’t venture further afield and truly immersed ourselves in the gorgeous setting, spending time together in and outdoors. Particularly enjoyed the air fryer in the kitchen, a luxury in a holiday home and meant we could cook the kids favourites in minutes. Upkeep and cleanliness outstanding! We would all love to return and for longer next time. 100% recommend, a credit to the owners. Thank you!

Seapoint is a charming detached house situated on the cliffs of Filey Bay, Primrose Valley next to the iconic white house.

The property boasts uninterrupted views of the sea and is a stone's throw from the beach below making it the ideal base for a seaside escape with loved ones. Each bedroom enjoys a sea view including the two ground-floor bedrooms, so every guest can enjoy the tranquility of Seapoint. The property has been renovated and decorated to a high standard with top-quality fittings and an airy feel throughout.

The kitchen/diner area is spacious to enjoy social meals with friends or family; The kitchen is well-equipped boasting fantastic amenities including an integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher; The built-in oven and microwave keep the kitchen sleek and tidy.

After enjoying a day at the beach, you can relax and unwind by watching a film or just enjoy the flames from the built-in fire; On those warmer evenings, you can open the patio doors and breathe in the sea air.

After a full day of exploring you can retire to one of the delightful bedrooms; The king room and twin room on the ground floor have use of the family bathroom where they can enjoy a soak in the bath, while the two bedrooms on the first floor have shared access to a spacious shower room.

You'll find plenty of things to do nearby, there's a pub and shop available on the Primrose Valley Haven site, where you can enjoy home-cooked meals as the children have an adventure on the playground outside; Guests can also purchase a day pass which will give access to the on-site attractions and amenities at Primrose Valley Haven; Please note Haven is not open all year round.

Filey is close by where you can enjoy a day out exploring the sweeping stretches of splendid sands, old-school donkey rides, classic arcades, and seaside amusements.

Journey over to Scarborough, the vibrant town has plenty to offer including the SEA LIFE centre, Alpamare waterpark, the stunning Peasolm Park, and is home to the Open Air Theatre.

Filey town is just 3.4 miles away and is home to exciting museums, lots of local eateries and a beautiful beach.
