Thank you for your feedback- we have seen the notes previously but could not respond 1. Washing machine - as you are aware we are limited for room and we took the view that most holiday makers would prefer a dishwasher and take their washing home 2.shower mats - we were advised that these are unhygienic therefore we have chosen not to put one in the flat 3. Coat hooks and mirrors - we feel that these could be a hazard for children if placed at lower height 4 Tv - this is only a couple of years old 5. No wall clock - most people have phones with the time on and we do not feel a clock is necessary 5. Recycling- unfortunately we have no control over this - this is something that is dealt with by Management Committee- I have experienced this before when we have stayed at different places so I generally take my recycling home 6. Basic supplies - this is not something that we say we supply (other than the welcome pack), some guests do leave items at the flat. We could supply supplies but this would increase the cost of the rental and everyone wants different things I am sorry you have not found our flat to your satisfaction. Property Owner
