“This is a little gem of a property - it is a 19th century former schoolmasters house - very lovingly restored by the current owners.”

It is warm and cosy, contains everything you could need for a contented stay and we loved it. There were some nice views from some of the windows and it was only minutes to get to the town. A parking pass is supplied for which we were very grateful as this can pose a problem. We had a lovely time and settled in straightaway - the standard of cleanliness was the best I had encountered and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming

Completing the interior of the cottage is a bathroom where you can soak your muscles in the gorgeous roll-top bath and prepare for the day ahead.

Doorstep walks will take you to the centre of the town where you will find Cowshed Burgers, Antons Café, Bar and Grill, and Mother Hubbard's so there is something for everyone.

The fascinating Sea Life rests on the coastline of Scarborough and offers an insight into the life of the creatures of the deep, perfect for animal lovers and younger members of the group.
