“A really nice ground floor flat, ideal for me with some disabilities.”

In a lovely location, within easy reach for walking on beach and in Peasholm Park. My dog and I enjoyed every day. The little train to sealife,and costal bus ment we didn't have to use car and find parking. Italian garden are worth a visit. Far on south shore,via bus on shore,and vanicular tram up cliff from next to Spa. Only fault I found shower over bath was very difficult to turn, I ended up using bath. Shower in en-suite is so powerful it was not comfortable to use. Great stay,one of sykses good stays. Will consider going back there.

“Apartment One is on the ground floor and was absolutely perfect for our needs as my wife is somewhat unsteady on her feet.”

On our arrival on a grey February day, as we entered the apartment it was immediately noticeable that it was lovely and warm with an efficient heating system.It is well appointed and spotlessly clean and felt like a home from home which is an enormous complement. The location is also perfect for the local park and North Bay with plenty of open space to exercise your dog if you bring one. The fact that you have an allotted parking space at the rear of the property is also a great bonus. All in all one of the most relaxing and comfortable properties I have stayed at in recent times.

Absolutely love it. Location is excellent for all North Bay amenities. My dog loved it as its near to the beach. My dad loved it as its not a far walk from anywhere & is near the bus to South Bay. Clean, comfortable. All home comforts. Would suit us better if we could stay Sat-Sat instead if Fri-Fri. But thankyou.

There wasn’t any cleaning products at all just one washing up liquid so unable to keep bathrooms as clean as we wanted, given the price of property wasn’t prepared to go out and buy any.

“The heated towel rail in bath only heats up at the bottom ,needs bleeding.”

The bathroom door is slightly warped at the bottom. The setters in the lounge need seat cushions reupholstering. Wardrobe door in main bedroom sticking difficult to open

“We had an issue with clean but stained bed linen, however this was dealt with and changed for us, so my only comment to the owners would be to invest in some more linen or a better laundry service.”

However the apartment was in a good location north beach end it was modern clean tidy, had all the basic kitchen requirements and ideal for the two of us.Thank you

“We are both disabled with mobility issues.”

The checkout time of 0900 was too early for us so we left a day early on the Thursday at our leisure. We found seating the table in the bay window awkward. Apart from that we thought it was just asdescribed and we thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend and return.

“Beautiful accommodation and excellent location.”

This really is a Home from home. We have visited Scarborough every year for thirty years and this is by far the most exceptional holiday let we have stayed in. Tue kitchen provided everything a working kitchen requires including a complimentary bottle of wine! If I had to give constructive feedback it would be that the bedrooms may benefit from a small TV ( for the teenagers and parents) and the sofas are a tad too small. My children are very tall and chilling on the sofa was not an option so it was the floor or the bedroom, this said I stil plan to rerun next year and would highly recommend this to all age groups.

“Everything was as expected.”

We had to change to this property at the last minute, but we were not disappointed with the change. Perhaps the car park allocations could be changed. All spaces were allocated adequately but our space was right next to apartment 6 , which meant they didn't have privacy when we parked right next to their windows. Just swapping spaces 6 and 1 would alleviate this little lack of privacy. We would recommend this property, it was modern, well equipped, quiet and felt very private.

“This apartment is absolutely amazing, location is fantastic.”

Parking is great. Facilities are great, the little touches of milk, tea, coffee and wine we’re lovely. But a hair dryer would have been useful. Also Wi-fi at times was intermittent. But did not effect us too much. Would recommend to anyone, we will be looking to book for next year.

Loved the copper highlights! Will definitely go back. Thank you so much. My only advice: there was nowhere to hang coats when we returned from a cold, windy beach, so some hooks in the hallway or hangers in the wardrobe (we forgot to take any!) would be great. All in all, really lovely!

We especially enjoyed our strolls through Peasholm Park from first thing in the morning until late evening, whenever in fact, we might be venturing out or returning to the flat. Cosy, spotlessly clean and comfortable it was a lovely 'home' for the week.

There were areas where there could be improvement....ie extractor hood ....light shade in main bedroom.....making sure to empty bin in main bathroom ...also point out where the bathroom and shower room extractor fan switches are...but overall we were totally happy with the apartment just needs a little attention in certain areas.

“This was a great flat right in the centre of Scarborough and a great base to explore North Yorkshire.”

Very comfortable and lots of extra touches made this a great place. The only thing that let it down was the WiFI which was very poor and I couldn’t connect any of my devices to and in the end I ended up paying for a BT Fon pass just to get a good conmection. Other than that a well furnished flat which was very comfortable.
