“Property was spotless.”

Very clean. Caretaker extremely helpful. Could do with a little maintenance. Widow in kitchen was broken and isn't closed properly which isn't ideal especially in winter. Paint coming off walls. Heating was set to a timer so only came on a couple of hours in the morning and at night. Which again isn't ideal in the middle of winter but was given a electric fan heater which worked fine and soon warmed the place up. I would definitely stay again probably cleanest place I've stayed and the views are ...

“A small compact recently renovated apartment on the first floor.”

Super sea views through large windows, a small but adequate well fitted kitchen area, although no leg room at the 'breakfast bar'. Small double bed, quite comfy, but not big enough / long enough for me. The 'bedroom' also contained 2 extremely large seats, taking up most of the floor space and were, in my opinion, unnecessary. Would have been better to have had a small table and 2 chairs in that window area, to take advantage of the nice views whilst having breakfast. TV was difficult and complicated to use, the signal was also poor and hard to find the basic channels that we use. (no channel hopping on the controls!) Bathroom was excellent, although I would have preferred to have a good shower rather than a jaccuuzzi bath. How many take time for a bath I wonder? Also pleased with the space to hang clothes and drawers for storage. One downside was the entry key. The lock is of poor quality and took a few attempts to get in. My partner was 'locked out' as she could not get in, thankfully someone came out. The apartment keypad also failed and had to be reset - this was of major concern as we could not get hold of anyone. Again the caretaker came to our rescue, but had the instructions been available in the hallway we could have done it ourselves. All in all, one of the best we have stayed at in Bridlington, location, facilities and cleanliness are important and I am sure the niggles we encountered can be sorted. No doubt some couples would use the large seats? and jacuzzi bath. Doubt we will book again, the lack of parking permit (all others provide them) small bed and cramped bedroom

“Had everything I needed.”

The only problem was the see through blinds on the windows as there was a street lamp opposite and as soon as it was dawn it was like daylight in the room and I was not able to sleep at all. It definitely needs black out blinds. I need to visit Bridlington regularly to visit my mum but unfortunately would not be able to book this room again because of the problem with the blinds. If you resolved this issue I would gladly book again without hesitation.

“What a fab place to stay!”

The apartment is modern and super clean. It overlooks the sea, it was just great to sit in one of the big armchairs with a cup of tea, taking in the views! It’s really close to all of the amenities, 5 minute walk into town. If you’re staying here I would recommend using JustPark and booking the premier inn, it was under £10 for three days. You can drop your bags, park your car and it’s about a 15 minute walk back to the apartment. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely be back! Thank you Frankie’s!!

“Was a lovely appartment however refurb going on in propery next door and property next to that also so noisy and dusty at times would have been nice to know that prior to booking.”

After booking it was highlighted on your site parking was only for 1 hour outside the property but when checking the description of property on other site it stated parking available and did not mention any restrictions however once I contacted your company your staff were extremely helpful and refunded me the booking fee which paid for the parking during our stay

Sorry about the issues with the adjoining property hopefully there renovation work will be finished very shortly.
