“There were some inconsistencies in the directions to this cottage which we had to clarify with the owner, but aside from that, this cottage is in a great location, is nicely decorated and equipped and very comfortable despite being small.”

The furniture and furnishings were comfortable and we slept well here plus there’s a private outdoor area, lovely in the sun. The village has a great small shop, two pubs and an excellent Indian restaurant. Location wise, it’s close to great walks, historic homes, country parks and the coast. Only minor criticisms are the TV remote some buttons not working at all and the barn door to the en-suite bathroom which is very noisy at night. To answer previous criticism the kitchen tap no longer drips and the sofa has been replaced. A great village stay.
