    “Wonderful property exactly as described.”

    Welcome pack was a really nice touch and much appreciated. The property was perfect for our family with the living spaces all really clean and furnished to a good standard. The kitchen has verything you could need for cooking meals and breakfast time. The car parking space is a real benefit, it was as described and a tight space, but I got skoda superb estate car parked in the space. Once parked it remained there for the stay as there was so much to do in Whitby which is only a 15 minute ...

The property

Above & Beyond is a sleek and contemporary apartment on the second storey of a building in the heart of Whitby, North Yorkshire.

Above & Beyond is an excellent option for couples or a family of four because of its convenient position inside the North York Moors National Park and close proximity to the beach.

Follow the stairs or take the lift up to your new home, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen where you can whip up delicious meals to enjoy at the dining table for four or on the balcony overlooking the moors.

After supper, unwind on the plush sofas while watching a classic movie of your choice on the Smart TV.

One of the bedrooms being a tastefully appointed king-size bedroom has a TV and an en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom that has lots of storage space.

The bathroom is also available for use, and after a relaxing soak, you may retire to one of the bedrooms.

Visit the town and its many attractions, such as the Trenchers and The Blitz restaurants, the well-stocked convenience stores, the stunning beach with surf school and fishing pier, the famous 199 Steps offering panoramic views, the Gothic Whitby Abbey, the Whitby Pavilion, and the Whale Watching boat trips, all of which promise a day you won't forget.

You may continue exploring the coast in Robin Hood's Bay, where you can spend the day at the beach or at the museum dedicated to the town's maritime history (the Old Coastguard Station, a National Trust property).

Scarborough is further away, yet it's worth the trip since it has a beautiful castle, an outdoor theatre, the Rotunda Museum, Alpamare and Luna Park, and the Sea Life Centre.

Pickering is home to the interesting Pickering Castle, the educational Beck Isle Museum, and the terrifying Pickering Ghost Hunt.
