    “Lovely cottage.”

We were a party of five and none of us have anything negative to say about this accommodation. An ideal location, just over the swing bridge in the old town. All the beds were comfortable and there was fantastic central heating, needed on the weekend that we were there. A very welcome "welcome pack" was provided. Could not get Freeview on the TV but watched live TV through the apps although we were out most of the time. Only a short walk across the bridge to many bars and eateries. I can ...

I can recommend the Duke of York, bottom of the Abbey steps, for lovely food and good beer as well as the Pie and Mash cafe across the road. A very pleasant stay and would return to Foresters House in the future.
