Which was cosy and comfortable. For us however the lack of washing machine and dishwasher was a negative. As was only one toilet/bathroom. There was no welcome pack of basics (soap, washing up liquid, uht milk, coffee, tea etc.)
We have always had these basics in other holiday cottages. I would imagine you are supposed to provide a small soap at sinks? It was almost like it had been forgotten. There was a label and socks in the front bedroom wardrobe so that clearly had not been thoroughly ...

The beds were small and not comfy, but this is something I need to check more closely another time.
The location was ideal and we love Whitby so overall had a great holiday.
Thank you for your review, firstly a washing machine and dishwasher are not advertised with this property, as you can appreciate there is no room in the kitchen for either appliances. It also clearly states there is ONLY one bathroom, so I can only apologise that you thought there would be another. We don’t provide a welcome pack for weekend stays unfortunately. I can only apologise about the cleanliness, this is down to the cleaning company and I will address this with them. We will take on board the hanger situation, there was plenty so I can only presume they have gone missing and I will have to replace them! Beds I’m afraid are personal preference and we are sorry they are not to your liking and your stay wasn’t comfortable.
