The property

This spacious apartment, on both the second and third floors, is situated in the town of Whitby.

An ideal base for friends and families wishing to explore all this lovely part of the country has to offer.

There is pre-reserved underground parking for one car and the apartment is accessed with secure entry via a communal staircase.

From the front door which is on the second floor, there is a lovely sitting/dining room with two comfortable three-seater sofas where you can relax and watch the TV.

It also has large windows leading onto the small Juliet balcony overlooking the views of Whitby.

On this floor is also the light and airy third bedroom with velux and full window containing twin beds, next to which is a separate cloakroom with wc and hand basin.

Up the stairs to the top floor where there is the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room, with WC and hand basin , both of which have amazing views of the river.

Whitby is very atmospheric with its fabulous abbey, and excellent shops, pubs and restaurants.

Enjoy watching the fishing boats returning from their day’s fishing and then sampling the catch in any one of the numerous seafood restaurants in the town.

Further afield is Dalby Forest which is 8000 acres of woodland with rare plants, birds and wildlife set amongst the most beautiful scenery.

Why not hop on a steam train in Whitby and experience the dramatic scenery on its journey to Pickering?

You can hop on and off the train at lovely places such as Grosmont and Goathland, just two of the many places for you to visit.
