The property

Park your car immediately in front of charming period property, that has retained many original features, entering via the hallway into a delightful sitting room with views over the town towards the harbour; the room is spacious and has comfortable sofas, a Flat screen TV/DVD, WiFi, and a small library of books to enjoy whilst you are on holiday.

There is a lovely dining area, a great spot to enjoy meals together, that comfortable sits five people. Leading off of this area are double doors to a large kitchen, fitted with stylish contemporary units, and including electric oven and hob, integrated fridge, freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. This ground floor also has a single bedroom, decorated in shades of yellow, plus a bathroom with a bath and shower over, WC and wash hand basin. The staircase to the first floor divides to the left and right; to the left is a lovely double bedroom with views over to the harbour.

Decorated in off-white with accents of pale greens and with its blind, wooden floors and fern-patterned fabrics, it has a colonial feel to it.

The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, bedside tables - with lamps if you like to read before lights out!

There is an en-suite shower room with a shower, WC and hand wash basin. The staircase leading to the right has a charming twin bedroom in shades of lavender, again with long-reaching views over towards the town and harbour, in shades of lavender with two full size 3' single beds, a wardrobe, easy chair and original fireplace (decorative only).   To the outside is a small area with seating, ideal for that first morning cuppa, afternoon tea or maybe a glass of something chilled before dinner!
